The Farmhouse sleeps 7, with 3 double beds and 1 single bed. This is our "OFF THE GRID" solar-powered living experience! There is a full kitchen equipped with a gas stove, refrigerator, and microwave. The Farmhouse also offers a scenic front porch, rustic living room, quaint bathroom, and a second-story sleeping porch. 
 
True to its 100-year charm, it is equipped with old hand-hewn timbers, an old hand-well pump, and cast-iron décor, but the Farmhouse does not have AC, heat, or Wifi. We do offer fans and cool mountain air on fresh summer nights, and individual space heaters for each room to keep our guests toasty when it starts to get chilly.

Spend countless hours on the deck taking in the sights of the Appalachian Mountains or the sight and sounds of nature as you will have the opportunity to witness deer, fox, turkey, hawks, bear and even coyotes.

Guests may also use the Farmhouse firepit and the catch-and-release pond at their leisure!
